Suite Rates / Late Deals
Both of our luxury suites, "Pohutakawa" and "Kowhai", are normally available for $495 NZD per night inclusive of GST - however special offers and late deals may be available, dependent on season. Check in time is from 2pm, and checkout is 11am. Checkout time may be able to be extended, upon request, subject to availability. Please ask us about any current offers / checkout time promotions when you contact us.
To confirm a reservation, we require a deposit to the value of your first nights tariff on credit card. The balance (if any) for your stay is payable on arrival.
Cancellation Charges
In the event of cancellation the following charges apply:
- Within 30 days of arrival: 50% of the total cost.
- Within 7 days of arrival, or non arrival: 100% of the total cost.
